ICEM --> FLUENT, boundary conditions

Hello!
My problem is the following: I´m generating a 2D-mesh with ICEM and assign a name and a boundary condition (wall, axis, pressure-inlet, etc.) to each edge. Then I export the mesh to Fluent. But sometimes all names and bc of the edge are successfully imported into Fluent, but sometimes not. In the latter case the only edge repectively boundary condition which gets imported is "part_1_edge". It seems that sometimes I´m doing everything right, but sometimes I don´t. But unfortunately I can´t see any differences in my work between both cases... Can anyone help me? Thank you very much. Best regards, Tobi |

For a 2D mesh, make sure the LINE elements are associated with the correct part names. LINE elements must completely bound the mesh for 2D.
