hi guys
in icem i have a planar surface (2d)and i extruded the mesh of this surface by one element but it only extrude the mesh not the curves of the surface and i want to define different regions like inlet, outlet, top bot to solve in cfx but i have only volume side top side is a composite region consists of the different regions so how to define this regions seperately to apply the boundary conditions to it in cfx ? n.b: i have read all the previous posts and i didnot get it thanks |

You must select the surface elements and place them into the desired parts after the extrusion process.
