Default ICEM geometry update

Hi, I am working with the new ANSYS workbench "CFX 11". I am having trouble using ICEM to update the geometry. After setting the ICEM project and creating a decent mesh, I run the CFD simulations and based on the results I try to change some geometrical parameters like the hight of the channel, however once I click the update geometry\replace, all the parts and naming convention are deleted. I am trying to use CFX mesh, but I can not get good results for the mesh, especially prism layers. Thanks in advance, Omar
