Delete Monitor points

How can I use a result file without reloading the data from the monitor points? Everytime I use my old result file my monitor data result file is huge and I did to get rid of the unwanted data.

You have to interpolate the results file on a clean def. Then the monitoring data will be lost. The iteration number will start at 1.
