If just set like this: Inlet pressure=15000*t,the warning come out as followed: Expression resolves to invalid units ('s') in value set for parameter 'Relative Pressure' in object '/FLOW/DOMAINomain 1/BOUNDARY:inlet/BOUNDARY CONDITIONS/MASS AND MOMENTUM'. Expected units: 'kg m^-1 s^-2'.

Pressure has to be in Pa. t is in [s]. So your constant 15000 has to be [Pa/s]. How difficult can it be?

I Agree!
Or another way of doing it: 15000 [Pa] * t/1[s] -Dr Flow Squad |
