hai generally the hole repair is not a fair thing to do rather you can improve your mesh by changing the mesh parameters. anyway for locating the bad mesh elements what you can do is check for mesh quality the negative elements will be shown just click on the bar of negative elements it will show where are they located.

Hi Abdul, Thanks for your suggestion,I am also try for that. Is this hole in geometry cause by hole tollerence or by the size of globale parameter mesh size.

yes it could be caused b'coz of either global mesh size or surface mesh parameter. so you have check both.

To remove this hole before meshing can I proceed with surface mesh then I go for volume mesh? How can I determine the element in which hole is occours?

After defining your parts for the mesh, keep global size 1, and give mesh sizes in your part mesh set up.Then right click on your geometry>surfaces>show tetra sizes or say hexa sizes which will give u an idea about your mesh size. To see the holes in your geometry say show full and soli&wire from the same menu. And if your geom does not have any holes, then your mesh sizes may be greater so that it will not capture your geometry and will create holes. So just practice.
