After the simulation completed, how can we get the boundary layer thickness from CFX-Post?

No direct way to do it. You can draw a line through the flow, plot the velocity, and see where it reaches 99% of free stream velocity.
Or is there a better way? |

I agree with Omer. You can find the points, where velocity becomes 99% of free stream velocity.
