hey all, after giving all coal boundary condition, i got following error drring solver. Please help me to understand this error.

Hi Chetan,

it occurs normally when you create a grid in millimeters and forged to scale it to meters in CFX Pre.

So what should i do to eliminate this error?

To scale down your grid in CFX 11 Pre, right click on your grid on the Outline tree, choose "transform mesh". Than set "transformation" to "scale" and write down the coefficient. On CFX 10 I am not sure, but a look into the manual will do the job.

helo flga, thanks for ur reply. but i am still fighting with that problem. so i am giving more description about my problem.

I have introduced plates on wall for taking out heat of furnace with help of imprint commend. Initially I had given less negative flux (45-147W/m2) but it that case temp. Inside furnace is higher and no error. When I am giving higher (45000-147000W/m2)heat negative flux, solver is being stopped with error. (Newtons method failed to converge in 100 iterations) please give me ur suggestion.
