I doing FSI study on ARTERY using ansys-10. I am doing 3-D FSI analysis using a macro.
I am using Flortan for CFD part. I tried with time step in terms of milli seconds, I didn't faced any problem with radial deformation of artery, but when time step crosses mili seconds, the deformation is not in radial direction but it's it's predominant in X-direction. can anybody help in overcoming this difficulty ........?. Also the force transfer from fluid is in cartesian, is there any way to make it in cylindrical.I tried al possible ways, but wasn't able to solve it. Kindly suggest me to solve this problem. |
