The ANSYS CFX solver exited with return code 15. No results file has been created.
What causes this kind of error and how to solve it? |

No, I have no idea. There is no CFX error code list, so I do not know why they even bother reporting an error code, it does not tell you anything.
The only way you can debug it is to look at the error in context of what was happening at the time and what you were trying to do. So if you want us to help you please explain what you are trying to do and attach your output file (which presumably includes the error message).
