How make a .gtm grid for pre-CFX using ICEM ?????

I've a problem.... How export or create a valid .gtm mesh file for pre-CFX 10.0 using ICEM 10.0? Thanks All. Igna |

Hi Igna,
What I do is to write the output file from ICEM in "ANSYS CFX" format (not only "ANSYS"), which creates a *.cfx5 file. Then I import the *.cfx5 into CFX-Pre under Mesh / Import Mesh / Mesh Format "ICEM CFD". Hope it helps. flga |

I think maybe you can get *.msh file in ICEM 10.0. Then in CFX-pre, you can seclect ICEM mesh(that *.msh file). Good luck.
