Strange Velocity

Hi, I am running a steady state free surface analysis and i have observed in the solver that with almost every iteration the velocity in x and y directions increases. The velocity initially is set at a constant value of 1.2779 m/s and after 700 iterations has increased to 94m/s for x and 37m/s for y.
I cannot thing of a reason of why this is happening. Does anyone have any suggestions? If required i can post or email my def file for someone to have a look. Thanks in advance.JoeSa |

CFX10's free surface capability is known to generate spurious velocities in some cases. CFX 11 has improvements, apparently.
