Good morning, my name is Simone and I will need to work on a simulation of an impacting droplet. CFX has developed a VOF algorithm but I do not know where to start to work with it.
Anyone is using it for free-surface fluids or multiphase flows with free boundaries (droplets moving in air) and could tell me where to start and what gridding tool i sbest? thank yo uveyr much for the help, regards, simone marras |

Have you read the section starting on page 133 in the manual?
Ask CFX support to send you a copy of their surface tension model verification report. |

hello, thank you very much for answering; I actually have way too many manuals in the folders of CFX; which manual exactly are you mentioning?
thanks again, s. |
