Default Different types of Mesh quality

Hi all,

I hex meshed my geometry and found different values of quality by using different buttons:

Pre Mesh Quality Mesh Quality Smooth mesh globally-smooth Smooth mesh globally-freeze Smooth mesh globally-float

Which one should I consider? The premesh quality was 0.3, mesh quality 0, Smooth mesh globally-float 0.3, Smooth mesh globally-smooth 0.

The 5 different types of quality i am referring to are:

Pre Mesh Quality

Mesh Quality

Smooth mesh globally-smooth

Smooth mesh globally-freeze

Smooth mesh globally-float
