I am modeling a horizontal axis Pelton turbine for sediment erosion (tabakoff erosion model) in a steady-state condition using frozen rotor.

The water velocity and water velocity in stationary is to some extent correct in case of air and water.

The water velocity and water velocity in stationary frame is completely chaotic in nature in case of water and sand case.
