Hi!

I would like to know why it's not possible to use:

Entrada = probe(Mixture.H2 Ideal Gas.Mass Fraction)@Outlet

I've got this error:

ERROR #001100279 has occurred in subroutine ErrAction.

Message:

An error: Invalid locale in call back function probe on locale Outlet

Besides, I have an inlet which depends on this variable (Entrada) like that:

H2On = Sensor Function(Entrada,Limit,aitern) InletH2 --> Velocity Y = H2On*10 [m s^-1] Please, can anyone help me?

Dear hydrogen,

Probe is a callback function that can only be used on point locators..

You can refer to a monitor point defined by Cartesian Coordinates, Source Point, or a Radiometer..

Good luck,

Opaque

Yes, opaque. Both of us know that but it didn't work. This is the message I got:

The function 'probe' referenced in parameter 'V' in object '/FLOW/DOMAIN:Room/BOUNDARY:InletH2/BOUNDARY CONDITIONS/MASS AND MOMENTUM' has an invalid argument, 'Mixture.H2 Ideal Gas.Mass Fraction'. The prefixed variable is not valid in the context of the locator 'Detector'.

And Detector was a monitor point

Entrada=probe(Mixture.H2 Ideal Gas.Mass Fraction)@Detector

You told me that it could be because the pre-processor was "over-restrictive". What does that mean exactly? Thank you again!
