ICEMCFD creates irregular surface layers ?

Hi, in ICEM 5.1, I imported the IGES geometry, then repaired the geometry, created the curves and points. The tetra mesh was good. But when I finished generating prism layers, the mesh did not conform to the geometry. Instead, the surface was rough, very irregular. Does someone know how to fix the prism layers? Thank You very much.

Try reducing the triangle tolerance in the global mesh settings menu. This might force the surface mesh to conform more closely to the CAD geometry.
