CFX 5.7.1 PRE and solver won't start

Hi everybody I'm running CFX in windows Xp. When I try to start CFX Pre I get the following message from windows "The exception unknown software exception (0xc0150010) ocurred in the application at location 0x7c943345 Click on Ok to terminate the program" also I get this message in the DOS prompt

Acces violation -no RTi data the PreGui_ogl.exe could not be started, or exited with return code 255

When I try to start the solver it finish with a return code 3

CFX post runs well

can someone tell me what is the problem?
