Wall radiation + Fluid reaction

I´m working on a solar reactor simulation.
I would like to know if ANSYS CFX v5.7 is able to work with radiation effect of solid walls at high temperature. Does CFX have a View Factor method implemented or some similar model? I have tried working with ANSYS Multiphysics, which has radiation models implemented but I cannot simulate reactions inside the fluid. I would be very grateful for any response on the subject. |

Yes, you can do this in CFX 5.7. There's a few different radiation models to pick from depending on the nature of the fluid and radiation. All models take into account the view factor. M
