Are there any tutorial with mass transfer using ANSYS CFX? I've looked it up, but I couldn't found any.

Fluid flow is mass transfer. They all have fluid flow.
Or are you talking about mass fractions and species diffusion?

Have you looked at the tutorials? I would have thought a few minutes reading the documentation could have answered this question.
Anyway: * Flow from a circular vent * Reacting flow in a mixing tube * Combustion and radiation in a can combustor * Spray dryer * Coal combustion * Steam jet And there are more tutorials on the ANSYS Customer webpage and even more if you ask ANSYS support.
