stud-many is on a distinguished road
Hey there.

a while ago i started working on fsi-simulations using ANSYS Workbench, Mechanical, CFX and the system coupling module. I'm simulating a small diagonal-compressor. It works fine with smaller deformations. But with high rotational velocities of the blades, the deformation is getting bigger and I need to ramp the deformation over several coupling-iterations.

Its meant to be a steady state simulation. There is no need for several coupling iterations. Those coupling-iterations a time consuming and i'm looking for a better way to do this type of calculation.

Does anybody have an idea how i could find a faster solution for this?

thx!
