Have you figured out this error?

That is a traceback of an error in the ANSYS CFX Solver when writing some kind of results file.
You may have to contact ANSYS CFX support for guidance, and probably share your setup with them. |

From the listing, it seems the ANSYS CFX Solver was computing turbulent viscosity and something failed.
You can try using the "Essential" option for results/backup files, and see if the error goes away. If it does, keep in mind you will be missing a few variables in your results file but you will have isolated the issue. Since the calculation is failing, it is possible the written variable may provide a clue to what the source of the problem was. Recall the turbulent viscosity is a function of density, turbulent kinetic energy and/or energy dissipation/eddy frequency depending on the model selected.
