icem cfd 10 error ---urgent

Hi to all.I am using icem cfd 10.whenever i m using a surface for surface meshing it gives an error that " med.exe has generated an error and you will need to reastrat program.why this error has been happened? can any body tell that? its urgent .

Could be any number of things - bad surfaces, missing curve size parameters, etc. Best best is to contact your support distributor.
