Default DES Simulation - Blend factor

Hi!

I try to simulate the transient flow around an axial fan with six blades. Ansys Cfx 10.0 allows to set several blend factors,e.g. the Min.Rans.Blend factor, the Max.Rans.Blend factor, the BF1 and BF2. Which value of these factors are the best for my specific simulation? I meshed only one blade channel of the fan and used periodic boundary condition to simulate the complete flow.(ca.700000 knots)

Further I set several monitor points (pressure, velocity)with different distance to the blade, but no transient characteristics can be regarded (flatliners).

Why doesnt pressure and velocity fluctuate?
