Quite ambitious..
On a side note (i am not sure if it is against forum rules) How to put dp (particle diameter) and df (fibre diameter) of porous medium data into CFX? Can we put PPI (pores per inch) also? |

Please do not post new questions on other people's threads. I have moved this to a new thread.
CFX does not accept particle and fibre diameters or PPI. It requires linear and quadratic terms for the pressure loss. So you are going to have to convert your material into a linear and quadratic loss model.

Thank you. I won't in future.
Yes, I know about those coefficients but I was putting permeability and resistance loss coefficient. From these we can calculate the linear and quadratic loss coefficient too. However, effect of PPI cannot be taken into account and neither of dp and df. |
