FORTRAN Subroutine

I want to create a FORTRAN subroutine. I only found FORTRAN 95 in the market however, CFX can work with FORTRAN 77 only.
Any one can help me and tell me from where I can buy FORTRAN 77 |

You can use Fortran 95 compiler OK with CFX. The "Hardware and Software Requirement" section of the documentation lists the supported compilers for each platform. It looks like you're on Windows, so you can just buy Visual Fortran:
