Default Mesh problems for a stirred vessel with baffles!

Hi, all, I am dealing with a stirred vessel with baffles using CFX 5.7.1. I found that it's very hard to achieve a reasonable convergence, let's day, RMS 10^-4. I suspected the mesh quality. So I tried to improve it in CFX-mesh. Since I am very new with this software, I don't where I should look at and what kind of meshes are desired for this problem. I have a rotating impeller in the vessel and baffles. Please provide your precious suggestions. Thanks in advance!
