amsys is on a distinguished road
Dear all,

I have ran a transient simulation that models flow through an artery. I now need to calculate TAWSS and OSI (see equations below). I have extracted the raw WSS values for each time step into excel files so I now have 100 excel files for the 100 time steps I've ran.

I want to use matlab for the calculations, any suggestions on how to do this? I haven't been using matlab for too long so example code would be much appreciated!

Try a matlab forum. This is the CFX forum.
