Sorry if this is a simple question but i'm new to ANSYS and I am using CFX to model hydrocarbon pool fires, when attempting to run a simulation i have a size mismatch error (expected 400 values, but found 194).

Any help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Rory.

Assume you get this error in the ANSYS CFX Solver Manager, correct?

If you create a plot (say new), and you review what is available for plotting, is there anything missing out of the ordinary? or missing something you expected to see?

Would you mind sharing your "OUTPUT CONTROL" section of the command file?

Hi,

I don't have enough experience to know if anything does look irregular.
Please find an attached jpeg of the output control section.

Thanks, Rory.

What version are you using for CFX-Pre and CFX Solver Manager?

Do you have multiple versions installed?

What happens if you have default output control? Say no backup files, no monitor points, do you still get that message?

Hi,

I'm using workbench 19.2 on a university computer so i assume there is only one version, i haven't attempted a run without monitor points but i will have a go and you let you know.

Thanks, Rory.

Could you post the complete IO error message? It usually comes out in multiple parts.

Is there enough available disk space?
