heat transfer boundary condition??

In the heat exchanger, the same boundary condition is applied to the low temperature channel and the lower high temperature channel. However, as shown in the figure, there is a phenomenon in which heat is transferred to the solid only in the middle channel and heat is not transferred in the low temperature channel. I do not know what the problem is.
Is it a mesh problem? |
