Boiling heat transfer calculation

Hi, I have to solve a transient CFD problem involving forced convection air flow and evaporative cooling techniques (boiling of water in a closed box). In extreme cases, water is boiling and I have to calculate the surface transfer coefficient and the evaporation rate? Please, note that water is stationary. Can anyone tell me how to solve this problem? Is it possible to solve it without meshing the water domain? Best regards,
