Hello dears
q1) Is there any possibility of conducting dynamic mesh simulation using CFX if not, what is it that CFX can do what FLUENT can’t do? ………or can you explain the distinction between the two in terms of solution quality and reliability? q2) why are we setting all cell zones in fluid state form ...while some of the components are in solid form? |

CFX can do dynamic mesh simulation.
CFX is strongest in multiphase, multicomponent and chemistry modelling. It is also easier to use in many cases compared to Fluent. Cell zones is a Fluent thing. CFX uses domains and handles them quite differently to Fluent.
