I constructed all-tetrahedra mesh in ICEM for a very thin but vast plane. CFX5-solver always exit with an error telling me that the node of the plane surface was not exactly on the surface. How can I make sure that when I using "Mesh with Tetrahedra" the surface nodes are exactly on its belonging surfaces? Should I generate the surface mesh firstly, then get use of the surface mesh for a volumn mesh? Can anyone give me some experiences?
