Hi, Anyone know of the feedback problem you might expect in a moving mesh simulation? In particular, i would like to know how and what is causing it to occur. any help is appreciated.

As in when mesh is moved through displacement of the boundary, the fluctuation in flow field leads to convergence problem.

My domain has a boundary modelled as a free surface. The free surface is defined using the local pressure field. The change in shape of the free surface subsequently leads to change in local flow field.

I came over the "feedback" term in another CFX forum. Not sure if this term can correctly describe the problem I have. Just thought i ask..

Again, thanks for replying..
