3 bodies in 1 part

I create the domain as 1 part which contains 3 bodies. In CFX-Pre, I assign the volumetric heat source to B2.P3 (the 2nd body in the domain). When Solver run, the residues fluctuate and converge very slow. When I visualize the result in CFX-Post, I found that the source is at B3.P3 (the 3rd body in the domain). I check from the output file of Solver, it says that the source is at B2.P3. Then I run that definition file again after 10 loops, I stop Solver and see the result file in CFX-Post, the source is at B2.P3, then I run the definition file by Solver again. At about the 100th loop of the third adaptive mesh process, the residues fluctuate, then I stop Solver, and see the result in CFX-Pre. I found that the source is at B3.P3. This is very weird! Do anybody have an idea what wrong with my model? Thank you very much.

I would like to provide more information. I found that when I sketch the bodies in XZ plane then extrude it, the source is fixed at B2.P3. However when I sketch the bodies in YZ plane then revolve it, the source will be transfer to B3.P3 after some loops in Solver. However, some models that will be testing are easier to create by sketching in YZ than sketching in XZ plane. Thank you for your consideration.

If you mean merge topology, I use 'yes' in details of revolve. Thank you.

Dear Jon, When you said 'Merge Part', did you mean 'Merge Part' in 'encloser'? In my model, the exit of the first body is the inlet of the second body, and the exit of the second body is the inlet of the third one. After creating the first body by 'revolve', I 'freeze' it. Then create the second body by 'revolve, and 'freeze' it. Finally, 'revolve' the third body. In this viewpoint, I would like the volumetric heat source to be at the first body. However it always change to be at the second body. I am not sure when will it transfer to the second body. I think it might be after the adaptive mesh process. I set three adaptive steps with velocity as the adaptive variable. Thank you.

I found that if I don't use adaptive mesh, the source doesn't transfer.
