Problem with ICEM CFD 5.0

Hello everybody I'm new using ICEM CFD , I'm trying to create a Tetra mesh and i got the following error message "can't read surfMeshFlag", Does anyone know the reason of that? cheers sac

Hi,
This error has happened for me in ICEM. It appears when you apply the ICEM 5 service pack. To eliminate the problem, find the ICEM temp directory, it will be somewhere off your home directory and named ".CFX ICEM V5.0" or something like that. It will contain a cache file. Delete the cache file and it should all work again. Glenn Horrocks |

Yes, the cache files are used to build the GUI and don't get cleared when you patch it. On a PC they are under your user files.
