I was trying to change the settings in settings.pcl using text editor in windows for 5.6, But I am not able to save any changes ! What could be the reason for it? Does anyone have any solution to such a scenario? Do we need to use Perl Script to change the settings file ?
Thanks R P |

Build updates settings.pcl when it exits. Make sure build is shut down when your do your editing.
Also, settings.pcl is not created automatically in your working directory. You have to create a blank one, and then run build to fill it with the appropriate settings. Shutting down build you can then edit this file and then restart Build to use those settings. Jeff |
