Using CFX4, after the the reblock in meshimport, I get the different result from same command file, why? Is this possible?

The only thing that should change is the convergence path. Some block structures are more efficient than others. If the solutions are stopped before complete convergence is reached, then the solutions may differ, as one may be "more converged" than the other.

Ok, I have try to solve the problem using the original 4 blocks and reblocked 3 blocks grid both. The original grid give a quick convergence. For the reblocked grid, it will cost twice.
