Default Unit Conversion Problem

I have a model *.gtm file which was made from a db whose units were in inches. Now when I want to apply Boundary conditions in CFX Pre, Do I need to apply the BC's in British Units or in SI units, since CFX Solver is based on SI units ? I was wondering how this issue can be resolved. Can anybody guide me in this? Even If I apply BC's in CFX-Pre in British Units, Do the solver convert evenrything into SI units before solving ?

Else, Do we have any concept of scaling the *.gtm file imported into CFX-Pre ? btw, I am using CFX-5.6

Thanks
