Default Mass Diffusion Modeling

I'm looking for information about how to model mass diffusion (Fick's law) through a porous media. I have water vapor moving from the bottom of the porous media (I know the input values) to the top. I would like to simulate the mass rate of water vapor using CFX. Thank you

I was thinking if somebody has an example of mass difussion model and how to do it in CEL User Function ?
