Could someone tell me wether CFX5 can simulate axial compressor with Mixing-Plane-Method? With which turbulence model?
Thanks |

Hi Wang,
The Stage (mixing-plane) interface model will do what you are requesting. It is fully conservative and compatible with all turbulence models, including Laminar, Zero Equation, k epsilon, RNG k epsilon, k omega, SST, DES SST, Reynolds Stress, SSG Reynolds Stress, QI Reynolds Stress, BSL Reynolds Stress, and more... Regards, Robin |
