The ANSYS CFX solver exited with return code 4

While solving a steady state CFX run (version 18.1 incompressible flow with these BCs: inlet velocity, outlet static pressure, two openings) I encountered the below error. I could not find any information on it on internet, this forum, ANSYS documentation and ANSYS customer portal. Has anyone seen this error and knows the meaning of return code 4?

This is a very time critical analysis hence help will be greatly appreciated.

I just realized that my PC rebooted around the same time as of the ANSYS error. So the reboot is the likely reason for the error. But i am surprised that CFX had a chance to print the error message just before the reboot. I have restarted the analysis and it's running fine.

When you shut down a machine it stops all the processes running during the shut down process. It looks like it shut down a process required to run CFX before the main CFX process was shut down. So the CFX process sensed the error and stopped the run a fraction of a second before the CFX process itself was shut down.
