Yeah, I wanna know what is the function you used to cal the base shear?
One more thing, if we go to the Result -> Reports -> Force (Force Report), we see forces base on selecting the direction and wall zones. Is it the total force on wall area

Go to the output file. There a list is given with all pressure an viscous forces on all objects in all directions. For free.
Then the only thing you neeed to know is is the torque. Go to the function calculator in Post and choose torque_z()@object for the torque around main z-axis. You can create a custom coordinate if the main axis is on the wrong position. Then in function calculator choose this coordinate system and select the appropriate axis.
