Default water droplet flow

I've a question concerning the two phase flow in a cyclone system. The flow consists of air and small water droplets and I want to determine the seperation rate under transient conditions. This means I want to know how much water remains in the system after lets say 20 seconds. With Fluent/Star it is not possible so my question is if Cfx can handle this kind of problem.

Thx
