Hello everybody!

The purpose of my simulation is to study the vaporization of water followed by its condensation on the colder recipient walls. I want to see how the pressure evolves with time and with the heat source power, the heat exchange between the fluid and recipient walls, and temperature evolution. I want too to see liquid/gaseous water fractions, and where it evaporates and condenses. All this when liquid and gaseous phase coexist

I´d like to include a small fraction of air, but that is not the primary objective.

My doubt is how can I model the simulation in order to obtain what I want to study. I´m a little confuse about the models I can use. I´ve heard about :

Inhomogeneous Interfluid Transfer Model -- The Particle Model

Or

Droplet Condensation Model and Liquid Evaporation Model Combination (if it´s possible)

Which one is the best for me?

Thanks everybody!
