How do I determine the transport rate of a protein into an organ when I know the Volume/Fraction that is transported?

thanks in Advance

Please start a new thread for a new question. And your question does not sound like a CFD question anyway, it sounds like basic physics. Are you sure this is the right forum to ask it?

I have made this a new thread. Please ensure you start a new thread for a new question in future.

If you want the transport rate into an organ you need to know the flux of the material. You can then multiply by the volume fraction and get the amount of each volume fraction. As you can see, no CFD is required.

And you mention volume fraction, which implies hat you think this flow is a multiphase flow. Are you sure it is a multphase flow? If you are talking about substanced dissolved in a solute then a multicomponent mixture might be more appropriate.
