Frozen Rotor Interface Problems

Hello there!
My problem is that a frozen rotor interface doesn`t work in CFX5.6solver since the theta extent is too small. The out file gives three possible reasons for the failure. I went through my topology quite some time and there is none of the latter two (zero radius, surface normal and parallel). I don`t know exactly what is meant by `surface more than 360 degree of revolution` but the geometry only has 120°. I guess I can exclude this cause. Does anyone have experience with a related problem or knows another reason for the interface to fail? What exactly is a too small theta extent? Thanks a lot for the answers! Joe |
