I calculated 1.5 stage gas turbine. Mesh was generated in Turbogrid 18.2 and it is 4M hexa grid for each row. y+ is below 1 on blades surface. Boundary conditions is inlet total pressure and outlet static pressure, inlet total temperature. Wall is adiabatic.
The problem is vorticity contour of vorticity. I checked axial directional vorticity for user specified range to -4000 to 4000. Usually, I flow dynamics problem, especially using fine hexa grid, the countour line of any properties are smooth lines. But in this case, vorticity coutour line is irregular and show sharp border in mid range (-800~800). What is the wrong? in this problem? |
