CFX with Fieldview

I am trying to use Fieldview to post process CFX 5.5.1 output, but I wonder what format I must save my output from CFX, any one with experience using field view please help.

You need to use the fieldview export. This is available in the solver manager.

Neale, I tried loading the *.res file from the solver manager but I could not,hence I could not save it ti fieldview format. Ant suggestions ?

If you run ExportFieldView.exe (found in ?CFX-5_INST_DIR?/bin/5.6/?OS?) from the command line with no arguments you'll see all the options available for converting a res file to an fv file. Regards, Johnson |
