Aladinos05 is on a distinguished road
Hello !

I wanted to know about how i can know the exact value of Static Pressure at the outlet of a Pump turbine to meet a certain experimentally found Head value. I have already set the inlet Boundary conditions to mass flow in.

Thank you !

Gert-Jan will become famous soon enough
Heat at the oulet = Total Pressure = Pstatic + rho/2*v^2
Since you know the massflow, you should be able to calculate the average velocity at the outlet. From that, you can calculate Pstatic, not?
The accuracy depends on the velocity uniformity at the oulet. You should determine that using CFD. It it not very uniform, then you might be a bit off.

But then that is something to optimize. :-)
